Forestview Villas is an active adult community exclusively for individuals aged 55 and older located in the City of Atlantis, Florida. Forestview Villas consist of 37 single-family residences, established in 1975. The Community is governed by The Forestview Villas Association, Inc. It is managed by a six-member board of directors elected by the community. The Association is responsible for landscape, maintenance, irrigation system, community pool, clubhouse, tennis, and pickleball court.
